January is an interesting month for a lot of businesses. For many, it’s a slower time of year which creates opportunities and challenges. It’s a great time to take stock, catch up on those desk piles, marketing plans, etc. But because it’s a slow time, there often isn’t a ton of budget to implement all the new, fun ideas that come from having that extra free time.
Instead you hear “when we get to our busy time in a few months, we’ll have the money to get these ideas rolling!”. Then as predictable as the season’s themselves, the busy time comes, the ideas get pushed off and the cycle repeats.
But what if they did have the tools to get those ideas executed for the limited budget? What if instead of a busy season, they could have a record-breaking season?
The ideas are there. And now, so are we to help break the cycle.
